Class Descriptions

All classes are 55 minutes with a low student to instructor ratio

Pilates Circuit

These classes utilize all pilates equipment, including the reformer, cadillac, chair, ladder barrel, TRX and a variety of props. It is taught in a circuit style. Level and intensity vary, call studio for appropriate placement. 

Glutes!

This class uses all available equipment and props to deliver a glute-focused pilates experience.

Reformer Only

This class keeps all participants on the reformer for a 55 minute Pilates flow. Limit 4 participants.

Parkinson’s Pilates

Stretch & Balance

This class is for anyone needing to improve their balance, stability and flexibility. All pilates equipment is utilized and a typical class is about 40 minutes of balance and stability work with 20 minutes of smart stretching. 

Build Stronger Bones

For anyone with a skeleton, but especially those with current bone density concerns or those with a family history of osteoporosis/osteopenia. This classes uses the jump board and free weights in addition to all pilates equipment to help build bone through resistance and impact.
